2. extract the files (final size=178 MB)
3. navigate to /help folder and delete the delphi.chm help files (61 MB, what a massive help!), 178 MB – 61 MB = 117 MB
4. Compress it (rar, isz, 7z, zip; final size, approx 30 MB)
