We Are Emotional,Then Logical

Awak yakin kita pernah dengar kalo manusia tu mengambil keputusan secara emosional dan kemudian merasionalkan keputusan yang diambil secara emosional tadi.

udah dari sononya kita jarang sekali berpikir tentang bakalan bagaimana perasaan kita ketika sesuatu terjadi dalam hidup kita kan? kenapa…coz we just feel it….
contoh: emang na lo pernah berpikir tentang bagaimana perasaan elo ketika sedang gembira atau sedih? gak kan. kalo elo sedang senang elo tu just feel it….

kalo penjelasan gw diatas agak ribet sampel lebih gampang kayak gini
bayangkan sekarang ini, saat ini……elo menang lotre 1 milyar, apa yang terjadi? apa lo pernah berpikir lo bakal senang? gak kan…elo akan langsung senang tanpa otak lo perlu memberitahu kalo ini saatnya untuk merasa senang.

itu artinya kita adalah emotional creature yang bereaksi secara emosional terhadap lingkungan.

People decide emotionally, then justify with facts. Build a lot of emotion into your argument, follow that with the word “because,” and then give a fact.
People only seek evidence that supports their existing beliefs. So, starting from what you know they believe, give them something they “know” is true and then expand that toward your ultimate goal. This allows them to agree while saving face.

Not bitter…just real!

I’ve been working awfully hard to avoid getting into any conflicts with someone I care about, but today it could start to feel like the effort required to keep doing that might be more than I can bear. I have to prepare myself………..

Why Scarcity Drives Us Wild?
The Law of  Scarcity works because it makes people feel like they will lose their opportunity to act and choose if they don’t do so immediately. The threat of such loss creates urgency in our decision making. Have you ever noticed how people tend to be more motivated when faced with potentially losing something than when they might take steps of their own accord and gain something of equal value?

The Law of Scarcity plays a large role in the persuasion process. Opportunities are always more valuable and exciting when they are scarce and less available. We want to be the ones to own the rare items or to get the last widget on the shelf. The more the scarcity of an item increases, the more the item increases in value, and the greater the urge to own it.

Whenever choice is limited or threatened, the human need to maintain a share of the limited commodity makes us crave it even more. Scarcity increases the value of any product or service. Scarcity drives people to action, making us act quickly for fear of missing out on an opportunity. Potentially losing something before we’ve even had an opportunity to possess it drives people to action. We don’t want to miss out on anything we could have had. We want to get around any restriction placed upon us. We feel uptight and want back our freedom. This causes tension and unrest. The Law of Scarcity not only pertains to physical products, but also to time, information, price, and knowledge.

Kemaren awak nge-coach kawan awak yg IT Support Engineer yg lagi ada trobel di server kantornya padahal tu server termasuk server untuk misi kritis….. awak selalu up for challenge lah….sekalian awak ngasah ilmu jaringan awak…..katanya trobelnya dah seminggu lebih untunglah pas awak kulik2 jadi sehat sistemnya.

kawan awak bingungnya gara2 SCSI, RAID, dkk tu….plus cisco bla…bla…bla…dulu syarat diterima di perush itu CCNA lho….kadang ilmu lapangan tu berbeda dengan yg di kelas…dulu kalo misalnya awak apply disitu mungkin tak diterima, kenapa? coz awak bukan lulusan IT dan awak tak punya sertifikat apa2…..

hahaha lagian awak pun masih di EPC consulting skrg ni

cemana tu kira2 lebih penting sertifikat atawwwwww skill?????? hahaha inipon open for perdebatan coz kabarnya kalo pemegang sertifikat standard vendor internasional (cisco, red hat, novell, sun, microsoft, dkk) pastilah pulak tokcer punya skillnya…

supaya gampang awak anggap cam ni aja: itu kayak pengendara motor dengan SIM dan tak pake SIM….mana yg lebih tokcer….? tergantung

kekekekeke inipon open for perdebatan lagi….kan bikin SIM kan tak pala perlu dites2 kali….malahan polisi pun jadi calo SIM kakakakakaka ini open for perdebatan lagi: polisi jadi calo SIM karena kesejahteraan kurang….kakakakka kalo diteruskan bakal tak selesai2 posting awak ni…udah ahhhh

Kadang awak rasa aneh juga, awak ni lulusan teknik mesin…..awak ni sbnrnya di ajarin cara merancang turbin gas, uap, boiler, motor pembakaran dalam, pompa, kompresor dkk pas kuliah, bukan pemrograman dan jaringan komputer, tapi kok banyak kawan awak yg jurusan komputer yg konsult ke awak kalo pas ada trobel yg rada2 bandel atau analisis sistem kalo mo develop aplikasi.

awakpun berminat juga sama psych, malahan kemaren tu ada kawan adek awak alumni psych yg sampe geleng2 gara2 kita tukar2 cerita tentang evolutionary psych, NLP, alphamale, body language and voice tonality, social proof, ladder theory, platonic relationship, street psych dsb….sampe ttg om jung, freud, cialdini, bandler, dallas lynn, dkk….dia nanya darimana pulak awak tau yg gitu2an…kakkakakkaka
